The indians called me IGARAKUÊ  which means "upside down canoe".
The Portuguese colonizers called me "fish-cow" (peixe-boi)
I live in the water but I breath  air - I am a mammal.
I  am vegetarian, I graze mainly on "capim agulha"
I am neither a fish nor a bovine.

I am a "Sirenia"
